In their speeches, the leaders highlighted the historical efforts that led to the Framework Agreement and encouraged the federating units to stay firm and uphold the trust in the agreement between the central government and the NSCN (I-M).
The NSCN (I-M) appeals to the Naga people, public and business groups to show solidarity to the ‘Framework Agreement’ and cooperate for the success of the shutdown.
