After much speculation, tech giant Apple Inc has finally confirmed the date for the launch of its brand-new iPhone, the iPhone 14 and it is arriving on September 7.
The iPhone 14 series will include the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro, and the iPhone 14 Pro Max. However, there will be no iPhone Mini this time.
Teasing the event with the tagline "Far out", it is reported that this year’s launch event will be in-person, breaking the run of virtual iPhone events prompted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
And as per rumours, only the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will get the new Apple A16 Bionic chip. On the other hand, the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Max are rumoured to get a tweaked version of the Apple A15 Bionic chip from last year.
The September 7 Apple Event is also likely to announce the Apple Watch Series 8, its Pro version and an update to the Apple Watch SE.
As for sale of the Apple iPhone 14 series, it is expected to start from September 16, keeping with the company’s tradition of Friday sales.
