IHRA condemns alleged inhuman treatment by state government

The International Human Rights Association, Manipur president Mark Thangmang Haokip said that the association is extremely shocked to learn that the police are hunting innocent villagers of the Saikul area in Kangpokpi district for damaging Kuki Rising Monolith.
