The Manipur Weightlifting Association has informed its lifters that a trial selection will be held on Sunday at SAI-NERC, Takyelpat for participation in the 2nd State Games (Manipur Olympic Games), 2022 organised by MOA in Imphal from August 26-30.

The selection of the District Team will be made on the basis of their performance to be recorded in the aforementioned trial selection/performance test for participation in the Games. Weighing of each participating athlete will take place on Sunday from 7 am followed by competition as per rules.

Weightlifters should bring along a self attested xerox copy of Adhaar Cards and two copies of passport size photographs. All concerned athletes, coaches and technical officials are informed to report on time at the trial venue.
