KRYPSA Naoremthong outsmarted Women Football Academy, Kakching by 6-1 goals in the 14th AMFA Senior Women's Football League 2023-24 played at Artificial Turf, Lamlong Thongkhong.
Flaunting sturdy body structures, the match promised a keen contest but with better use of their skills, KRYPSA swarmed out to rival territory every now and then, to strike three goals in the first half and the rest in the remaining hours.
KRYPSA found the opening goal from Bijeya Laishram in the 7th minute and she later consolidated with two more goals in the 35th minute and 70tj minute. H Linthoi added two more goals in the 28th minute and 74th minute and Kh Luxmi fetched the other goal in the 44th minute. The lone goal for WFA was made by M Ambika in the 79th minute.
In the second match, Eastern Sporting Union held on to The Young Welfare Club by 1-1 goals. Ng Roni struck the ESU goal in 40th+3rd minute of the game while L Seityamala fetched the equaliser for YWC team in the 61st minute to share one point each.
