Reyoungsters Khwai Nagamapal beat CRAU Khamnam Bazar by 3 wickets in the 6th MNCA W Prahlada and W Ramananda Elite Tournament 2021-22 played at Luwangpokpa Cricket Stadium.
CRAU batsman opted to bat first after winning the toss, where they managed to build up 160 runs for 10 wickets from 37.5 overs.
Middle order batsman P Ronil top scored with 22 runs from 20 balls while Sanatomba K made 21 runs, Kh Bimol and L Ajay fetched an identical 15 runs each for CRAU total. Reyoungsters bowlers Kiran Laishram claimed 3 wickets while Alfred Hmar, Y Romario bagged 2 wickets each.
In reply, Reyoungsters rode on S Jayenta who smashed 52 runs while N Manglemba got 42 runs to reach the target in 38.1 overs for the loss of 7 wickets. Bipinkumar remained not out with 15 runs to steer his team to victory. CRAU bowlers Mehtab Jamal, L Ajay, A Uttam, Sanatomba and Kh Bimol claimed 1 wicket each.
Later Reyoungsters batsman Sagatpam Jayanta was declared the Man of the Match for his 52 runs from 79 balls.
