As many as 28 players have applied for Inter District Transfer/Loan the season 2022-23 at All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) temporary office at Artificial Turf, Lamlong Thongkhong on Wednesday.

Out of the lot, six players each have sought their transfer to City FC Moirang and RAU Imphal East while four players each have applied to DM Rao, Imphal West, ABA Imphal East and UPAA Imphal East, two players to WAFA Imphal West, one players each to Poloi FC Imphal East and ATFC Chandel.

As for inter club transfer, as many as 11 players have sought their new allegiance with five players applying to RAU, four players to UPAA and two players to ABA.

Meanwhile, the All Manipur Football Association (AMFA) has extended the Inter district as well as Inter Club Transfer/Loan for Players for 2022-23 till July 6, 2022 due to incompletion of registration of players for the forthcoming District Leagues and other tournaments.

Two players also have applied for Inter Club Transfer for the season 2022-23 to DSA Kakching office. The two are L Ronit Singh of FSC Kakching and Sh Tolstoy Singh of KTC Kakching, seeking their transfer to SAI Kakching.
