The Youth Step Forward Centre (YSFC) on Monday organised a science awareness programme under ‘Science Awareness Fair for Students Among all People’ to spread awareness about science in daily lives at various schools at Thoubal.
A release issued by YSFC stated that YSFC organised the science awareness fair at Bright Foundation School, Oxford English School, Lamding Higher Secondary School and Institute of Rural Education to spread awareness about the application of science in our daily lives. It condemned the present conflict and urged for the resumption of schools stating that the crisis has affected the students greatly.
It mentioned that YSFC under the supervision of NCSTC Division, department of Science and Technology, New Delhi has been organising various science education programmes for students at Radio Nongin. The programme was organised to instil passion and enthusiasm for science in the students and youth of the state, it added.
