Science exhibition concludes in Bishnupur

As a part of the programme, an essay writing and painting competition was organised to explore their potential in science and technology. It was participated by as many as 60 students.

A two-day Science Awareness cum Exhibition programme organised at the Thaimei Guigangpou English School, Thaninkhul, Bishnupur district was concluded on Tuesday.

It was organised in an effort to inculcate the students especially those belonging to SC and ST on the advancement of science and technology by Work Ignites Life’s Lullaby (WILL) Association under the sponsorship of NCSTC Division of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

As a part of the programme, an essay writing and painting competition was organised to explore their potential in science and technology. It was participated by as many as 60 students.

DSAC, Irilbung (Ecology and Environment) Tampak Meena; retired associate professor of Imphal College L Somarjit; social activist Kiran Yendrembam, faculty of NEILIT Akampat L Joy Singh and assistant professor of Pravabati College Mayang Imphal Ksh Bijayalaxmi attended the programme as resource persons.
