See the swallows,
Feverishly back home flying,
As the sun sets,
And the electric lights light on,
Dear boy, the doors I am closing,
As the swallows,
From the virus away we run,
Locking ourselves up,
Inside our homes,
Entry being denied to visitors.
But behold this woman!
A nurse at a Covid centre,
Cooking food and cleaning done,
Off to the hospital,
Where vibrates the virus,
To take care of the Covid sick,
Patients who look up to her,
For their cure.
Isn't she brave?
Is it not for her,
The state tolls its bells?
She goes to the battlefield,
When everyone stays shut,
Putting posters,
Debarring entry of visitors,
A person she is,
Who fights and wins,
A person who fights,
Really lives life,
And makes life worthy,
And be of help to others,
A true citizen of the state,
Fights and fights!
