Writers urged to submit manuscripts for publishing

Kshetrimayum Yaima Foundation informed interested writers to submit their first edition book manuscripts at the foundation’s office in Kwakeithel Moirangpurel Leikai latest by September 18.

Kshetrimayum Yaima Foundation, in a bid to encourage the writers of Manipur, on Saturday resolved to publish a book written in Manipuri language every year and called upon the writers of the state to submit their book manuscripts for publishing.

The move was taken during a meeting chaired by the foundation’s president, Kshetrimayum Subadani, stated a release. The foundation will publish Manipuri short stories, novels, biographies as well as translated works.  

It informed interested writers to submit their first edition book manuscripts at the foundation’s office in Kwakeithel Moirangpurel Leikai latest by September 18.

It further notified them to include an application attaching a photocopy of their aadhaar card, 2 passport photographs, a complete biodata and telephone number while submitting the manuscripts.
