As many as 35 people, supporters of National People’s Party and Bharatiya Janata Party candidates were arrested in Kshetrigao assembly constituency, including 19 protesters, who stormed Porompat police station in Imphal East district on Monday.

At least 11 supporters of NPP MLA, Sheikh Noorul Hassan were picked up by a team of Porompat police station from Kshetrigao area on Monday.
