The UPF, in its release, highlighted the sufferings endured by the people of the state during the covid pandemic, adding that the people are now facing the brunt of the unending communal conflict. It asserted that UPF has always remained committed to the welfare of people and will continue to fight against any threats to the State’s integrity.

It alleged the union government of using divide and rule policy and sowing seeds of disunity and hatred among the various communities of the state. It also accused the government of igniting the prevailing communal conflict in the state.
