It mentioned that the TTC-GHQ convened an emergency meeting on Monday and took various resolutions.

It decried the Media Release, vide. No. nill, dated, the August 4 issued by 2/3 individual nonresident Indian (NRI) who are allegedly non-bonafide Thadous, claiming that Thadou Community International (TCI) was formed in 1992, and termed it as misleading. It clarified that as per TTC record, it was formed in the year 1970 with Pu Paokhosei Kipgen as the first TTC President.

It alleged that the Convenor of TCI Chongboi, who was married to a foreigner is no longer a Thadou as per Thadou Traditions and Customary Laws, adding that she has no say and voice in the Thadou community. TTC also refuted the accusations against YT Haokip, incumbent President of TTC-GHQ as self styled and betraying the Delhi Thadou Conclave 2015 signatory for changing Thadou Tribe Council (TTC) into Thadou Inpi (TI) at Delhi. The same is carried out by vested interests, who are in the Pocket of N Biren Singh, it alleged.
