The letter stated that during the course of illegal demand and commission of illegal acts, they have not so far tendered any resignation from the cabinet ministership and membership of Manipur Legislative Assembly.

The 10 MLAs of Manipur Legislative Assembly belonging to the Chin-Kuki-Hmar community have to take legal action against them for their illegal acts, thereby spearheading the unrest by inciting and promoting enmity between the Kukis and Meiteis community, it stated.

“10 MLAs belonging to Kuki-Zomi Hmar Community of the Manipur Legislative Assembly including the two Cabinet Ministers of N Biren Singh-led government of Manipur openly demanded a separate administration from the existing state of Manipur, thereby promoting enmity between the Kukis and Meetei communities and letting them kill each other, creating feeling of enmity, hatred or ill-will between the said two communities for the last more than six months. They are the architects of the present conflicts between the Kukis and the Meetei communities, ” the letter alleged.
