Sensitisation on NCPCR portals in Manipur held

The sensitisation workshop was organised by NCPCR in collaboration with Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR), which was facilitated by Manipur Seva Samiti.

A one-day state level sensitisation, orientation cum consultation workshop on the POCSO tracking portal, out-of-school portal, the Ghar portal and Masi app portals of National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) in Manipur was held on Friday at Manipur Press Club.

The sensitisation workshop was organised by NCPCR in collaboration with Manipur Commission for Protection of Child Rights (MCPCR), which was facilitated by Manipur Seva Samiti.

During the technical session, senior technical expert (head of NE Cell of NCPCR), Paresh Shah spoke on monitoring app for seamless inspection (MASI) app of NCPCR. He also spoke on ‘go home and get rehabilitated (GHAR) portal of NCPCR’, ‘portal for trekking out of school children (OoSC) of NCPCR’.

IT head of NCPCR, Parminder Singh, spoke on POCSO tracking portal of NCPCR, Baal Swaraj portal of NCPCR (COVID care, Citizen’s portal and Children in street situations).

During the inaugural workshop, Manipur Seva Samiti president Chingtham Chandramani and MCPCR chairperson Phurailatpam Manibabu attended.

It may be noted that various digital portals have been developed by the NCPCR to ensure timely, efficient and seamless monitoring and tracking of various data related to violations and deprivation of child rights.
