Salai Apunba Nupi Lamjing Lup (SANULAL) on Monday distributed essential items to the village volunteers at Chairen Leingan Tabi and Kumbikhok in continuation of its drive of extending aid to displaced victims and volunteers.

A release, SANULAL general secretary Ak Shanti Devi stated that the situation in the state is quite grim as the people have no clue when the conflict will come to an end. Although Narco-Kuki-Militants are continuing their onslaughts unabated, their demands will never be a reality, she said, adding that peace and unity is the only way.
