Relief Committee JNIMS thanks public for extending monetary assistance

Relief Committee JNIMS on Sunday thanked the public for their unwavering assistance and support to the initiatives taken by the committee for affected victims of the prevailing conflict.

The committee, in a release, expressed immense gratitude to Regional Indigenous Forum for Peaceful Coexistence (RIFPCO) Manipur and president of Manipur Sahitya Parishad Assam, Ngangbam Joykumar for extending monetary assistance of Rs 25,000 to the committee’s fund.

It also thanked JNIMS staff nurse, Brojeshori who extended monetary assistance of Rs 2,000, RK Nongrenkhomba Meetei of BJP Manipur Pradesh OBC Morcha who gave Rs 30,000 and Wangoi Ex MLA, Oinam Lukhoi for providing Rs 5,000 to the committee.

The Committee further thanked CMO Imphal East Dr Indira and Dr Hemanta of Khurai Thangjam Leikai for handing over medicines to the committee. It mentioned that the committee has been treating those who sustained injuries during the ongoing conflict and further appealed to the public to donate financial assistance for the treatment of the affected victims.
