A public library named ‘Warou Public Library’ was inaugurated at the residence of Kshetrimayum Babylee (Nujaleima), located near Moirang Subedar Lampak of Langthabal Kunja Makha Leikai in Imphal West on Sunday.

Caretaker Babylee also honoured her mentors and sought blessings.
Speaking on the sideline of the event, Babylee highlighted that the library was established with an aim to build the habit of reading among the youngsters.
