A release issued by PAPPM president Mayanglambam Bobby Meetei, warned Kuki militants’ frontal organisation ITLF not to instigate the public to take law into their hands. The ITLF does not have the moral authority to blame the SP of Churachandpur, it asserted.

The ongoing conflict in Manipur was engineered by Kuki militants, chiefs, elites and frontal organizations like ITLF, CoTU and Kuki Inpi at the cost of the lives of the Kuki serfs who do not have land rights, it alleged. It said that these autocratic Kuki traditions have allegedly deprived the fundamental rights of the common Kukis, who are being used as pawns.

‘Manipuris will defend Manipur’, PAPPM promised and said that ITLF or any other kuki narco-terrorists militia cannot tear apart the state. It further said that accusations of resorting to chemical warfare and the destruction of forests and the environment are serious matters that demand urgent attention from the authorities.

PAPPM also thanked all those who participated in the widespread demonstrations held across the valley districts on Thursday in support of its mass protest on the theme ‘Purge the Kuki Narco Terrorists: Save Manipur, Save India’, it mentioned. It urged all to continue to work hand in hand for the betterment of the state and the entire nation.
