A one-day library awareness programme cum workshop on digital resources was held on Friday at the conference hall of the S Kula Women’s College (SKWC) in Khongampat, Nambol.
The workshop was organised by Central Library and IQAC, SKWC under the sponsorship of UGC-STRIDE-C1.
Professor Ch Ibohal Singh, heead, department of Library and Information Science, Manipur University, W Robindro Singh, principal, SKWC, Kh Nepoleon Singh, coordinator-IQAC, Laitonjam Muhindro Meitei, project coordinator, UGC - STRIDE C1 graced the workshop as presidium members.
In the technical session, professor Ch Ibohal spoke on the Digital India and digital resources focussing on how to use resources in an authenticated way and Th Priyogopal, Librarian, SKWC conducted hands-on training where participants could get more information and skill practically.
Altogether 106 participants, including students and faculty members attended the workshop.
