A Myanmarese national was arrested and arms seized from his possession by a combined team of 5 Assam Rifles and Moreh police commando on Saturday.
The person has been identified as one U Aung Bo Bo Thant, 40, son of U San Win of Tamu district.

He was apprehended with two 9 mm pistols along with four magazines and 41 live rounds around 11.55 pm on Friday.
The apprehended persons along with the seized items were handed over to Moreh police station for further legal action, police said.
