A mortar shell was found while carrying out a leveling work for the construction of a roadway at Duigaijang Hongmei Part-III near in Noney district around 7 am Friday. It was found by one Boss Phaomei, 30, son of Thailik Phaomei while the leveling work was carried out by using a JCB. After being informed to SP CID(Technical) by  SP Noney, a team of bomb disposal squad was sent in to collect the bomb.
