Relief materials were distributed to orphanages and old age homes in Moreh town by Heikham Lukhoi Singh and Heikham (O) Memma Devi from Luwangsangbam, Imphal West in memory of their daughter late Heikham Sonalika Devi.
The relief materials were distributed in memory of their daughter late Heikham Sonlika Devi alias Chaoba in commemoration of her first death anniversary.
The relief materials which include rice, dal, mustard oil, eggs, tin-fish, magi noodles and snacks were distributed to the CDACs Senior Citizens Home Moreh, Epamlamdam Open Shelter Home Moreh, Kulla and Ibellei Children Home for Girls, Human Resource Open Shelter Home for Boys and CDACs Children Home for Boys.
At the event, Heikham Lukhoi Singh said that the relief material was a small token of love to the inmates of these homes. He mentioned that his daughter had passed away in 2021 after battling serious illness, and continued that the relief materials were distributed in memory of his late daughter. He also extended well wishes for the inmates to take care of health and have a bright future.
