For the second time, a Chinese hand grenade allegedly planted by miscreants was found on Saturday near a makeshift shed sheltering non-local construction workers, who had been employed for the construction of a Water Supply Scheme near Andro Santhei Park under Andro Police Station in Imphal East.

The Water Supply Scheme is being constructed by Keystone Infra Private Limited and a similar incident of planting a Chinese hand grenade had taken place earlier on June 3.
