The kidnappers spoke in Manipuri language and my father was asked to handover the “work order” relating to the construction of a Primary Health Sub-Centre building in my village and his official seals to them”.

She further stated that four unknown persons came to meet her father at his Atengba residence for executing the construction of Primary Health Sub-Centre building at Atengba village on October 13. “But my father sent them back and didn’t allow them to execute the said work as my father was pursuing the work order from the concerned department,” she stated.
