The Manipur Secretariat Services Association (MSSA) has withdrawn its indefinite cease work strike late Tuesday evening. 

MSSA president L Purujit on Monday stated that the employees, under the umbrella of the association, will launch an indefinite cease work strike if the government failed to issue its monthly salary on the 1st of every month.

On Tuesday, a meeting was held between the representatives of MSSA and Deputy Secretary of General Administrative Department (GAD) during which an amicable solution was brought. And with that solution, the indefinite cease work strike which was to be launched on Tuesday has been withdrawn, stated Purujit.
