The southern side of the road meridian starting from Airport Exit Gate to Malom Bazar crossing shall be closed while the Northern side of the road stretch will be used as a two way road from 6 pm of Friday till Saturday.

The meridian shall remain closed in connection with a recruitment rally being conducted by 165 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) (Home and Health) at its Battalion Headquarter, Tulihal, Imphal, and remain so till the end of the recruitment rally on Saturday, stated a notification issued by the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Traffic Control Police Wing on Thursday.

Participants of the recruitment rally may park their vehicles at Malom Megha High School playground/Youth Welfare Club (YWC) football ground, Malom, it stated.
