Manipur: Former Sekmai MLA, six others join JD-U

With the joining of seven more members as intending candidates for the upcoming Manipur Assembly elections, 15 intending candidates are preparing to contest the election from both the hills and valley.

Former MLA of Sekmai assembly constituency Kh Devendro Singh along with six persons have joined Janata Dal United JD-U at its state head office located at Keishamthong Hodam Leirak, Imphal West on Wednesday.

With the joining of seven more members as intending candidates for the upcoming Manipur Assembly elections, 15 intending candidates are preparing to contest the election from both the hills and valley.

The other newly joined members are  Ph Dhanabir Singh, Kumbi; Chungjalen Haokip, Chandel; Ninghui Keishing, Phungyar; Genneikhup Vaiphei,  Henglep; John Pulamte, Saikot and Thangkhosei Guite, Thanlon.
