Manipur BJP vice president Ch Chidananda Singh has filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime, Imphal, stating that someone is trying to defame RSS, including his family members, by spreading false propaganda in connection with the naked parade issue.
Chidananda told the media at state BJP office, Nityaipat Chuthek, on Monday that he encountered a post of him and his son on Twitter with a caption that he, along with his son, was involved in the naked parade incident as culprits.
The post went viral on social media, he added.
He said the act of direct allegation by some particular groups, individuals to defame and malign him and his family including RSS organisation is very unfortunate. It is being witnessed that the photo has been uploaded to defame him and RSS organisation, he stated.
He clarified that he and his family members are not involved in the naked parade incident.
Despite the FIR lodged at Cyber Crime, Manipur, National commission for protection of child right has issued a letter to DGP, Manipur to take necessary legal steps within three days.
