Following the expiry of the KSO Saikul office bearer's term, the election for new office bearers was held on Saturday at Pangjang village in Saikul Sub Divisional Headquarters.
The election for new KSO Saikul block office bearers was conducted by KSO Sadar Hills where Satminthang Kipgen, President of KSO Sadar Hills, and Thangtinlen Haokip, General Secretary, KSO Sadar Hills are the Returning officers and Presiding Officer respectively.
Lamgouthang Chongloi, M. Mangcha Haokip, Haochinlen Kilong, Paojalen Chongloi, Paominlen Kipgen and Thanggunhao Tuboi were elected as President, Vice President, General Secretary, Finance Secretary, Education Secretary, and Information Secretary respectively.
They were elected/nominated in pursuance of the Election Code of Conduct under the Constitution of Kuki Students' Organization as executive members of the KSO Saikul Block for the tenure 2022-2025.
