Administrative secretary of Kuki Christian Church, T Lunkim attended the inaugural ceremony as the inaugural minister. Various church leaders and civil voluntary organisation leaders in the district also attended the function.

Lunkim inaugurated the church building by cutting the ribbon under the theme ‘Church Of The Living God’ based on I Timothy 3:15.

Keynote address on how the Church building was constructed, the sacrifice and contribution of the church members, J Songtun villagers and the efforts of the church leaders and village authority was briefly presented by chief of J Songtun, Jangboi Kipgen.

Exhortation speeches from the minister, church leaders and appreciation from various CVO leaders and presentations were the main highlight of the programme.
