The Indigenous People’s Association of Kangleipak (IPAK), Manipur has condoled the untimely demise of (Rtd) Lieutenant Colonel RK Rajendra and said that his sudden demise is an irreparable loss to the state.

In a press release on Sunday, IPAK said that RK Rajendra, who was also a former Member of Manipur Human Rights Commission (MHRC), passed away on May 23, 2023. During his lifetime, he wrote various notable books, the release mentioned.

IPAK executives and members observed a two-minute silence for the departed soul at IPAK office, presided by IPAK president Ksh Somorendro on Sunday at the IPAK office at 9:30 am.
