Agitated Meira Paibis on Friday burnt down another house of an accused related to the horrific viral video of two Kuki women being paraded naked, which shocked the whole nation.
The accused is 20-year-old Laishram Kabichandra alias Singapore, S/o Ibomcha of Wangjing Awang Leikai, Thoubal district. However, the accused is still on the loose. Meira Paibis of Wangjing Awang Leikai burnt down the house at around 11:00 am, condemning the inhuman act of crime against women.
One Meira Paibi demanded the government to award befitting punishments for the culprits involved in the horrifying incident.
It may be mentioned that Meira Paibis also burnt down a house of the main accused of the incident in Yairipok Pechi Awang Leikai on Thursday.
