Bereaved families of the three youths who were killed in the Heirok Thabal Chongba shooting in 2008, along with the locals of Heirok on Sunday paid candlelight tribute to the departed souls.

The tributes was paid to the departed souls at the memorial of Thokchom Romesh, Thokchom Promila and Laishram Nirmala near Umang Laikol in Heirok part I.

It can be mentioned that the three youths were killed in a shooting during a Thabal Chongba event at Heirok by unidentified miscreants on March 24, 2008.
