Free medical camp held in Moreh

A medical team from Moreh Sub district Hospital led by MO sub district Hospital Moreh Dr Cecil Ahongsabam conducted the programme.

A one-day medical camp on Azadika Amrit Mahotsav was conducted at Integrated Check Post (ICP) Moreh, Tengnoupal district Manipur on Monday.

The free medical camp was organised by the Land Port Authority of India (LPAI) at ICP near the India - Myanmar border. A medical team from Moreh Sub district Hospital led by MO sub district Hospital Moreh Dr Cecil Ahongsabam conducted the programme.

Locals, staff of ICP, immigration and security forces attended the programme. Around 60 persons were given free medical check-ups. Medicines were also provided to them at free of cost.

As a part of celebrating the 75th years of India’s Independence, manager ICP Robin Gangte presented 100 pieces of PPE Kits (Personal Protection Kits) to the medical team.
