Four women cricketers, including an official from Manipur, have been included in the 20-membered NE Zone Team for the upcoming Senior Women's Inter-Zonal Multi Days Trophy 2023-24 to be held at Pune starting March 25.

Among the four, three are players namely Ningthoujam Monica Devi, who has been named as Vice-Captain of the team while Thoudam Mangalsana Devi and Niruta Thoudam are squad members.

The North East Zone Zonal Selection Committee also picked Waikhom Ganga Devi as Assistant Coach of the Team. The Manipur Cricket Association congratulated the four on their selection and wished them success in the tournament.
