Among the inaugurated developmental projects, three projects are for two local clubs in Sekmai, one veterinary hospital at Phayeng and one community hall at Khurkhul Makha Leikai.

Speaking on the occasion as chief guest, Veterinary Minister Oinam Lukhoi said that during his tenure, the veterinary hospital of Phayeng is the first hospital to be inaugurated, however, other 108 veterinary hospitals are still under construction to be completed soon. He also lauded local MLA H Dingo for bringing fast development in the assembly constituency after two years of being defunct.

He further said that much effort has been put to complete the construction of the remaining veterinary hospitals so that they can be handed over to the public before the coming state Assembly election.

Speaking as president of the function, MLA H Dingo said that inaugurating four developmental projects after two years of halt in construction due to pandemic shows that there is fast development in Sekmai assembly constituency.

He appealed to the people of the assembly constituency to elect their representative who can bring more development in the coming Manipur Legislative Assembly election.

The programme was attended by Phayeng Gram Panchayat pradhan, A Shyamasakhi; BJP Sekmai Mandal president, N Naobi and others.
