Five personnel of Narcotics and Affairs of Border (NAB), including two police personnel of Imphal West district attached with NAB and one personnel of Bishnupur attached with NAB, have been suspended for unruly behaviour and indulging in activities which are beyond their line of duty.

It is said that the NAB personnel, without any information to any officer of NAB and permission from superiors, detained two persons and took them to Mahabali area and behaved in an unprofessional manner.

Later, the five police personnel were suspended on finding their explanation satisfactory.
