DeGS Thoubal notifies VLEs to submit police verification certificate

The police verification certificate is to be submitted on or before September 30.

District e-Governance Society (DeGS), Thoubal District has notified to all the village level entrepreneurs (VLEs) of Common Service Centres (CSC), Thoubal and Kakching districts that the VLEs who have not submitted police verification certificate for their service to the district managers of CSC Thoubal, must be submitted on or before September 30.

A release issued by the DeGS has informed that police verification is needed to run a CSC centre honestly that VLEs are serving on many e-Governance schemes and projects of the State and Central governments as well as private sectors. The certificate must be submitted as a scan soft copy along with CSC ID, mobile number, address, Gram Panchayat or Municipality name in a separate excel file mentioning the details given through the e-mail: dmcscthoubal@gmail.com or through WhatsApp numbers 7005099061 or 8731872950, it added.

It further informed to display the Digital Seva CSC signboard and orange colour paint in the centre according to the criteria as soon as possible before the physical verification to be done by the managers within the month of September. If any VLEs fail to follow the rules and instructions, their CSC ID will be cancelled, said the release.
