With the motive to relief the CRPF personnel and their family members from all sorts of stress, the CRPF Family Welfare Association (CWA), Manipur and Nagaland Sector on Saturday organised a one-day “CRPF Winter Mela 2022” at CRPF Langjing Achouba ground in Imphal West.

The fest featured varieties of stalls with enthralling games, selling local handicrafts and sumptuous foods apart from cultural shows. A stall selling decorative items made by the students of Kendra Vidyalaya from recycled products stole the show though.

Speaking to the media, head of CWA, Manipur and Nagaland Sector, Rajni Datta, said the fest is organised as a medium to ease the mind of the CRPF personnel and their families who usually are in stressful situations throughout the years.
