A Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team on Wednesday raided the residences of Salai Holding Private Limited chairman cum managing director and others board of directors, in Imphal.
According to a highly placed sources, the CBI team raided the residences of Salai chairman-cum-managing director Narengbam Samarjit; board of director Elangbam Brojendro Singh located at Keishamthong Elangbam Leikai; and board of director Akoijam Deepa at Akoijam Leikai.
The residence of board of director Chingtham Shyamson Singh at Singjamei Mayengbam Leikai; board of director N Biswajit at Tera Loukrakpam Leikai; board of director Tourangbam Tikendra Singh at Uripok Tourangbam Leikai and board of director Brojendra Yumlembam at Lalambung Makhong were also raided.
The CBI team also raided the Salai Corporate Office located at Tera Loukrakpam Leikai. The raid was conducted at the same hour from 6.30 am at different residences and offices, and continued till 5 pm.
Official documents of the company were seized during the raid, the sources added.
