The BJP 41 Chandel Mandal strongly condemned the unauthorized and violent way of campaigning by NPF, Changhring said, adding that according to reliable source from onlookers and video clip source, the NPF workers used lathi, knives while making an unauthorized campaign on the night of Febraury 19, 2022 at Unopat village, Western Valley Area, Chandel which started from 7 pm till 1 am.

The NPF workers also tore down posters, flags of BJP party installed at the BJP supporters’ house and even destroyed private properties, Changhring said.

It is unfortunate that NPF workers blocked the entrance of inter villages road only allowing its supporters to influx from other areas and making it inconvenient for the denizens of the area to move about which deplored the democratic value, the Mandal president stated.
