The All Manipur United Clubs’ Organisation (AMUCO) stepped up its ‘No Separate Administration in Manipur’ with many solidifying their stand against the attempt to form a ‘separate administration’ in the state.
Public meetings on the same were held at Mayai Koibi Community Hall and Bamdiar Mini Bazaar Community Hall organised by local clubs, a release stated.
Former AMUCO president Ito Tongbram, AMUCO president Y Kunjarani, COHR chairman Phulindro Konsam, AMAWOVA advisor, Ch Usharani, AMESCO president, Ibotombi, YOFFS secretary general Kh Ramananda and IEDUCO vice president, Orendro were among those present at the meetings, it mentioned.
Various agendas, including stepping up of relief and rehabilitation of the affected victims, stopping militarisation in Manipur and withdrawing SoO truce with Kuki militants immediately among others were discussed during the meeting, it added.
