Advocate Rabi khan said that accused persons through their Facebook accounts and pages have been trying to defame him by uploading a bail order along with Vakalatnama by stealthily obtaining the records from the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Imphal West.

He said that they have wrongly charged him for conducting ND&PS cases, but the bail order along with Vakalatnama was the case under section 147/148/149/353/427 IPC and PDPP Act for an assault case.
Regarding uploading and wrongly charging him, All Manipur Bar Association (AMBA) as well as the High Court Bar Association through press conference notice for giving clarification or apology from those accused within seven days. But they did not comply with any of the decisions taken by AMBA.

He said neither AMBA nor HCBAM have taken any further steps against the persons till date.

He also said that minority morcha president Aatif Ali has repeatedly uploaded many unwanted statements against him through his facebook account which hurt his sentiment, integrity or career.

“Advocates are the one who represent any citizen before the court. Any advocate can be counsel of any individual in any case to defend him or her... If anything happens to me in future then those accused persons are people to blame”, Rabi said.

He urged the DGP and the SP of Cyber Crime for taking necessary action, and said he will approach the High Court of Manipur for justice.
