3.3 magnitude earthquake jolts Manipur

Earthquake of 3.3 magnitude on Richter Scale jolted Manipur at 12:35 pm on Tuesday, according to the National Centre for Seismology, Ministry of Earth Sciences.

The epicentre of the earthquake is located at 36 km North of Imphal at a depth of 15km from the surface, according to the NCS.

There has been no report of damage to properties or casualty.

On Monday, an earthquake of 3.5 on the Richter Scale hit Arunachal Pradesh with the epicentre at 61 km Northwest of Itanagar at the depth of 11 km from the surface.
