A state-level orientation-cum-sensitisation programme on the issue of stress in students due to examination was held at the conference hall of Hill Tribal Council (HTC) Moreh on Friday. Over 200 students from six different schools took part in the programme.
The programme was organised by state Manipur Commission For Protection Of Child Rights (MCPCR), National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), Government of India in partnership with Child Welfare Committee, Tengnoupal district and KSO Moreh Block.
Programme officer, MCPCR Sumel Yumnam; member, MCPCR Jitendra Singh; deputy director, SW Waikhom Birahari Singh; additional member secretary, MASLSA; Sorokhaibam Sadananda Singh director (Social Welfare) Ngangom Uttam Singh and chairperson, MCPCR Ph Manibabu Sharma gave speeches in the programme.
