The online Common Entrance Exams (CEE) for recruitment in the Indian Army will be held annually from April 2023 onwards and the announcement for the exams will be posted on www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
A release issued by the Press Information Bureau (Defence Wing), Government of India informed the prospective candidates for recruitment in the Indian Army to complete the online registration process through the portal. The online CEE will be conducted at various centres across the nation and the shortlisted candidates, based on their performance in the online CEE, will be invited for the physical test and medical examination through a recruitment rally, it added.
It stated that the final selection will be made based on merit and the successful candidates will be selected for their training after scrutiny of their documents and certificates. Candidates are advised to register themselves in Digilocker for Aadhaar, educational certificates, etc. and have a valid mobile number and email ID linked with their respective Aadhaar, it mentioned.
It informed the candidates to contact their nearest Army Recruiting Office (ARO) for any assistance. Multiple videos have also been hosted on the Join Indian Army website regarding the registration, application and attempting the online CEE, it continued.
It also stated that the registration window for the candidates applying for the recruitment year 2023-24 will be opened in near future. All candidates are also advised to be very careful while filling in their details in the application as the same cannot be changed once submitted, it added.
