The 2nd General Assembly of Kuki Students' Organization Sadar Hills culminated peacefully at Phailengmol in Kangpokpi district on Monday.
The KSO Sadar Hills 2nd General Assembly was held under the theme, “Igniting transformation” at Phailengmol from March 3.
Speaker KSO Sadar Hills Kamgou Kipgen and Evan Gugun Khongsai attended the assembly as the main speaker while vice president, Kuki Inpi Kangpokpi Thangminlen Kipgen attended as assembly observer.
Local Church head deacon Seitinthang dedicated the KSO Sadar Hills Phailengmol Assembly in the presence of as many as 43 delegates from all KSO Sadar Hills blocks.
KSO Sadar Hills general secretary Thangtinlen Haokip said that all block's secretaries presented their reports while resolutions adopted in the first general assembly were reviewed and reaffirmed, while seven more resolutions were adopted during the 2nd general assembly.
