The Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM) on Tuesday informed all the concerned heads of the institutions that the examination forms for the ensuing Class 11 and 12 Examinations, 2025 will be issued with effect from November 11.
A notification issued by COHSEM Secretary, Kh Ashikumar, notified that the forms can be obtained from the Council office on all working days between 10 am to 4 pm, on payment of Rs 150 per form.
It informed the concerned Heads of the Institutions and private candidates to collect the forms either by themselves or by sending an authorised person of the institution concerned and submit the same after proper completion along with necessary fees and other relevant documents on or before the deadlines set by the Council.
It mentioned that the last date of submission of Class 11 examination forms without fine is on November 28, while a late fine of Rs 500 per candidate and a fine of Rs 700 per candidate will be imposed to those who submit the forms by December 10 and December 18 respectively.
It also said that the last date of submission of Higher Secondary (Class 12) examination forms without fine is on November 29. It added a fine of Rs 500 per candidate and a fine of Rs 700 per candidate will be charged from those who submit the forms by December 11 and December 19 respectively.
The notice further said that the registration certificate along with the statement for registration, enrollment statement for Class 11 and 12 for the academic session, 2024-2025 may be collected from the Council office by the concerned heads of the institution or by their authorised person with effect from November 11.
